On Sunday afternoon, October 7^th, we headed out to Iron Kettle Farm in Candor for our fall outing.  It turned out to be a nice fall day – cool enough for flannel, and warm enough to enjoy all of the many activities that are offered there.  We all arrived a little after lunch, and spent time in the haunted house, not-so haunted house, pumpkin slingshot, and peddle bike races.  When everyone was gathered together once again, we headed out on the hay ride through the fields.  We all sat together and had a wonderful time, enjoying the fairy tale scenes done up with pumpkins.  Then we played a few more games before finding a large pumpkin to be carved by the children in a few weeks.  Everyone who came truly enjoyed themselves, and looks forward to making this an annual outing.
